The 30-day money-back guarantee applies if the commissioned services are not successfully completed.

This applies regardless of the reason, including an official rejection due to the customer’s personal requirements, provided that the customer has complied with their obligation to cooperate fully, truthfully, and within the specified time limits.

In this case, a full refund (100%) of all payments made will be issued, including all incurred costs.

The conditions of the individually concluded service agreement shall be decisive.

A refund is excluded if the customer culpably or repeatedly fails to comply with their cooperation obligations, in particular if required documents are not provided in full or on time despite a request, the customer is not reachable, agreed appointments are missed without excuse, deadlines are ignored, or material information is not corrected despite notice.
