The 30-day money-back guarantee applies when the contracted services are not successfully completed.
This applies regardless of the reason, including a rejection by authorities due to the client's personal eligibility requirements, provided the client has fulfilled their full, truthful, and timely duty to cooperate.
In this case, a full refund (100%) of all payments made will be issued, including all costs incurred.
The conditions of the individually concluded service agreement shall apply.
A refund is excluded if the client fails to fulfil their duty to cooperate culpably or repeatedly — in particular if required documents are not provided completely or on time despite being requested, the client is unreachable, agreed appointments are missed without excuse, deadlines are disregarded, or material information is not corrected despite notification.
